At John Grimes Fencing Ltd (JGF Ltd), our top priorities are ensuring people’s safety and serving our customers in the best way possible.

Following the ongoing developments in relation to the Coronavirus and the latest advice from the UK Government, we are writing to update you on some of the actions we are taking to ensure business continuity and maintaining our service levels during this challenging time:

• Our usual channels of communication remain open; you can reach your JGF Ltd contacts by phone, email or our website.

• We are at full capacity even before the coronavirus outbreak so please bear with us in these challenging times. New orders placed will be on a 4-6 week from date of order or depending on your order mix. At present there is a high demand for lap panels which would fall into the 6 week lead time but feather edge panels and trellis are closer to 4 week.

• In view of safeguarding everyone could we please ask that if you are collecting from our depot that you ring us to make us aware of your arrival. Further to this could we please ask that your driver stays in his cab and allows our staff to load/unload goods. We will pass the paperwork through the drivers widow to sign to reduce the amount of contact between everyone. We hope that you find this acceptable and will work with us on this action.

We will continue to monitor the situation, follow directives from the Government and update you as the situation develops. 

We recognise that there are testing times ahead for everyone as we all deal with this unprecedented challenge. Please rest assured that we will take all necessary steps to prioritise people’s safety whilst maintaining the high level of service you expect from JGF Ltd.
